Main tasks

BIRA-IASB is a member of the consortium of the PITHIA-NRF project. BIRA-IASB will contribute mainly to WP 6, as a model and data (from satellite and ground-based instruments) provider. BIRA-IASB will also co-organize the second training school with KU Leuven (WP 2). BIRA-IASB will also contribute slightly to WP 3 (dissemination, exploitation and communication), WP 5 (development of the e-science center) and WP 8 (management).
