 Questions for the Project Officer

  1. How Unit Costs of providing access to Nodes can be justified/reported?
  2. How Direct Eligible Costs of providing access to Nodes to the selected users, excluding personnel costs, can be justified/reported?
  3. If the number of selected groups for TNA to a specific Node is smaller than anticipated, can the Beneficiary be granted with the Cost for the access offered under the project? Alternatively, can the unspent budget be moved to other categories?
  4. How should we proceed in case that the real costs of TNA travel & subsistence are larger than those approved in the proposal? Can we be granted a higher amount in case that the real cost is larger than the original budget?
